To ensure your order survives the journey, we use industrial-grade secure packaging designed to withstand the rigors of transit. Because of this high standard, we do not expect our customers to encounter damaged or defective items.

2. Policy on Returns & "Foul Play"

To maintain our competitive pricing for all customers, we maintain a strict return policy.

• While we are always here to help with genuine issues, we have a zero-tolerance policy toward "foul play" or fraudulent return claims.

• Any attempt to return items that have been used, tampered with, or intentionally damaged will not be entertained. We record the pre-packing state of every order to ensure a fair process for everyone.

3. How to Initiate a Legitimate Return

If you believe you have received a defective product or the wrong item, we are happy to make it right:

• The Process: Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video of the issue.

• Return Shipping: As per our standard operating procedure, the return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

• Resolution: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, and the claim is found to be legitimate, you can choose between:

  1. A brand-new replacement sent to you at no extra cost.

  2. A full refund credited back to your original payment method.
